Account Access Issues

Can't Log In

Forgot Password:

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
2. Enter your registered email
3. Check your email for the reset link
4. Create a new password

Account Locked:

• Multiple failed login attempts may trigger a temporary lock
• Wait 30 minutes and try again
• Contact support if the issue continues

Email Not Verified:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Request a new verification email from the login page
• Make sure your email address is correct

Account Security

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

1. Go to Settings → Security
2. Enable 2FA
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app
4. Enter the verification code

Suspicious Activity:

• Change your password immediately
• Enable 2FA
• Review account activity

Account Settings

Update Profile Information

Change Email:

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Enter your new email
3. Verify the new email address
4. The old email will receive a notification

Change Password:

1. Go to Settings → Security
2. Enter your current password
3. Enter a new password
4. Confirm the new password

Update Payment Details:

1. Go to Settings → Payments
2. Select your payment method
3. Update your information
4. Save the changes

Account Issues

Suspended Account

Common Reasons:

• Multiple accounts detected
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity
• VPN or Proxy usage

How to Appeal:

1. Email: support@offerslucky.io
2. Include your username and registered email
3. Provide a clear explanation
4. Attach any supporting evidence
5. Review time: 3-5 business days

Account Ban

Permanent bans may occur for:

• Severe Terms of Service violations
• Repeated account suspensions
• Confirmed fraud
• Abuse of the platform

Appeal Process:

• One appeal allowed
• Email: support@offerslucky.io
• Include a detailed explanation
• Final decision within 7 days

Delete Account

Before Deleting:

• Withdraw any remaining balance
• Download your account data
• Save important information
• Account deletion is permanent

How to Delete:

1. Email: support@offerslucky.io
2. Subject: Account Deletion Request
3. Confirm your email and username
4. Account will be deleted within 48 hours

Points & Balance

Missing Points

Check:

• Transaction history
• Pending credits (24-48 hour hold)
• Offer completion requirements
• Email notifications

Report Issue:

• Contact support with offer details
• Include screenshots
• Provide completion date/time

Balance Not Updating

Solutions:

• Refresh the page or clear cache
• Log out and log back in
• Check maintenance notifications
• Contact support if the issue persists

Profile Customization

Avatar / Profile Picture:

1. Settings → Profile
2. Click avatar
3. Upload image (max 2MB)
4. Crop and save

Display Name:

1. Settings → Profile
2. Update username/display name
3. Save changes

Privacy Settings:

1. Settings → Privacy
2. Choose visibility options
3. Manage notification preferences
4. Update marketing preferences
