General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to the use of the website and services of OffersLucky (hereinafter "Provider" or "we"), accessible under the domain offerslucky.io.

By registering a user account, the user (hereinafter "User" or "you") agrees to these GTC.

2. Eligibility & Account

2.1 Minimum Age: The service is aimed at persons who have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a contract.

2.2 One Account per Person/Household: Participation is limited to one account per natural person. We reserve the right to limit use to one account per household (IP address) to prevent abuse. Multi-accounting will result in immediate suspension and loss of credits.

2.3 Security Check: To prevent fraud, we may automatically or manually review transactions and user activities for irregularities before payout. Suspicious activity may result in payout being withheld until clarification.

2.4 Password Security & Liability: Users are responsible for the security of their password and account access. Users are fully liable for all actions under their account. OffersLucky is not liable for losses due to phishing, insecure passwords, or disclosure of access data.

3. Virtual Currency (Credits) & Legal Nature

3.1 Currency Value & No Cash Value: The internal currency of the platform is "Credits" (or "Coins"). The standard conversion rate is 1,000 Credits = $1 USD. We may adjust this rate at any time. Credits are not electronic money and have no monetary value until successfully withdrawn using official methods.

3.2 Offerwalls (Third-Party Providers): Tasks may be provided by third-party providers ("Offerwalls"). Credit is granted only if the third-party confirms task completion (Postback). Tracking errors by third-party providers are not our responsibility.

4. Payouts & Taxes

4.1 Methods & Processing: Payouts are made via the methods offered on the website. Processing usually takes 30 minutes to 24 hours, but may be extended for security checks.

4.2 Tax Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on earnings according to local laws. OffersLucky does not withhold taxes.

4.3 Exchange Rate Risk: For methods subject to market fluctuations (e.g., cryptocurrency), users bear the risk of value changes between request and execution.

4.4 No Refunds: Once credits are redeemed (e.g., vouchers, crypto, game keys), they cannot be returned or exchanged. Completed payouts are final.

5. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Cheat Policy

The following activities will result in permanent ban without payout:

• Use of VPNs, Proxies, or Tor to hide origin
• Use of emulators or virtual machines
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the system
• Submitting false information on Offerwalls

6. Inactivity

Accounts inactive for over 6 months may be marked inactive. Credit balances may expire.

7. Sweepstakes and Competitions

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other currencies.
• Users attempting unfair manipulation (bots, fake referrals) will be disqualified and banned.

8. Community & Moderation (DSA)

8.1 Chat Rules: Respectful interaction is required. Prohibited: hate speech, insults, spam, pornography, content harmful to minors, advertising, begging.

8.2 Measures: We moderate content automatically and manually. Violations may result in deletion, chat mute, or account ban.

8.3 Complaints: Users may contest moderation decisions via email to support@offerslucky.io.

9. Intellectual Property & Scraping Ban

9.1 Copyright: Website design, logos, graphics, and code are property of OffersLucky or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9.2 Scraping Ban: Automated extraction of website data (web scraping, crawling, bots) is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal action.

10. Liability & Indemnification

10.1 Liability: OffersLucky is liable only for intent and gross negligence. We do not guarantee technical availability of Offerwalls.

10.2 Indemnification: Users indemnify OffersLucky against third-party claims arising from unlawful use (e.g., copyright infringement, fraud).

11. Final Provisions

11.1 Applicable Law: Law of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) applies.

11.2 Severability: If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
